Who am I 

Hi! My name is Mandy, and I was born on October 5th, 2006 in Zaanstad, the Netherlands. 

I currently live in the beautiful province of Friesland, where I’m focused on my studies—which take up quite a lot of my time these days.
I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve participated in several talent shows and performed in a number of musicals. 

But after a while, I felt it was time for something new: releasing my own music!
The songs I sing are written by my mother, Christa Kortekaas, in collaboration with producer Michel Wijninga from Flexrecord. How amazing is that? 

Together we create songs that truly tell a story—something that means a lot to me.
We all go through different phases in life. Some are joyful, others are challenging, confusing, or full of hope. 

And often, there’s a song that fits perfectly with whatever you're feeling. Music can comfort us, bring people together, give us strength, and help us feel understood. 

That’s exactly what I hope to achieve with my music.
I also love exploring different musical styles—whether it’s pop, ballads, or something else. 

Music is just as diverse as the emotions we all experience as human beings.
To everyone who listens to my music, I want to say this:
Listen with your heart. Let the lyrics and melodies speak to you.
